I can't get my window to raise or lower! I put the new shoes, coil springs, and supports in place that you sent me. I believe the pivot bar is the culprit in this! This is a handle for my large Imperial Windows (model style unknown, condo was built in 1966) in my condo. It is held in with 2 screws into the window frame.
