Metal portion length is 28" and width of 5/8".

block/tackle type. no tilt window. has #3720 stamped on the balance

The plastic piece broke in half. The other half is still in the window. Do you have replacement part? If so this is the left side of the lower window.

I am looking for replacement parts for a 20+ year old Care Free window for my parents house. Both pivot locking shoes are broken and the spring balances have gone missing. The window is 30" tall and 38.5" wide. Pics are included. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Single coil window balance (I think that is the correct term for the part(s)) for tilt out vinyl windows. Within the case with the philips screw is wide coil that allows the lower part of the window to open and close smoothly.

I just purchased a shore home and the slider does not work smoothly. Thinking the track and rollers need cleaning or replacing. Marked "Truth", but cannot find a part number. The arm falls off the track attached to underside of window when we crank it out( the longest arm of the unit). The arm is about 10 1/2" long. I maybe could find a part number if I knew where to look on the part. Thank you.

The window weighs 20.6 lbs. The coil balance is a half inch wide. We can't find any no on it. I will include a picture. I hope this is all the info you need to tell us which one to use.

Don't know how to measure part only see number 808

These rollers are in a high rise condo unit. Heavy duty 8' tall doors. Small entry to replace rollers that must be set at top of bottom channel, center cutout and about 1/2" width. I've tried multiple other options, like 81-164. This is the closest, but still does not sit correctly. Thanks ... (cont.)
