These rollers are in a high rise condo unit. Heavy duty 8' tall doors. Small entry to replace rollers that must be set at top of bottom channel, center cutout and about 1/2" width. I've tried multiple other options, like 81-164. This is the closest, but still does not sit correctly. Thanks ... (cont.)

I am trying to find replacement hinges for Truth awning windows. I can't take them out without removing the window but they are the rusted parts seen in the first two images. The part that attaches to the window jam/frame is 10" long. Can you help?

The pictured hook latch on a Silver Line sliding patio door, V1, is defective. It only works sporadically, at times the hook retracts into the housing preventing the door from closing or locking. The only marking on the latch is a "V" stamped on the housing just opposite the hook. The door handles ... (cont.)

I'm seeking to get a custom order for the balance in the images that I have attached.

The nylon roller that guides the window to open and close is worn out and needs to be replaced. The window opens all the way with no problem. But when it is cranked to close, the roller falls out of the side slot and the arm continues to rotate inward, leaving the window in the same position as when ... (cont.)

Can you tell us which part we need. The window cranks but syops before it is closed and won't turn anymore.

Hell. I believe this crank is for Milgard vinyl replacement windows. There are several missing cranks. I need to order new ones, I can't seem to find them. The crank is 5" long, not 3".

There is no window manufacturer information. The windows appears to be a wood clad with aluminum exterior.Would like to identify the seal around the window, see pictures.
