Two windows need new balances. Larger window balance is stamped 36C. Smaller window balance is stamped 36A. I have confirmed both are 36" long minus the mounts at the ends.

Trying to find the right part to repair or replace this Jeld Wen wood glass slider door locking handle. I'm okay with replacing the entire guts, etc. I also don't mind switching all of the hardware to a dark/black finish if the nickel hardware isn't an option... just can't do white at this property ... Looks like the pivot shoe split into 2 pieces and the window just dropped with NO resistance...glad it didn't break. Not sure why it has 3 coils or what the smaller plastic piece is near the top (one of them is broken in 2) The sash itself is roughly 38" x 32" This is actually the second window ... (cont.)

I need a coil balance for my Simonton double hung window. I don't see the part number on the piece just a pat no. It did appear to have two coils when I was disassembling the coil balance from the window frame. Please let me know the part number I need to order. Thank you.

The balancer is from a Milgard single hung non-tilt window. It is 1/2" wide and the metal portion is 27" long. (Thank you)

While opening the window, the plastic part of what I think is called the shoe snapped off from what I believe is called the Spring. Now the window won't fully closed or stay open.
