Can you please recommend a replacement plastic guide for the patio sliding glass doors?.

Please help me identify the correct replacement balancer. They are 1/2 inch wide and 34 inches long. I've attached photos of the ends and markings on the balancer.

Need hardware in pictures for Guardian sliding glass door, have handles. Inner lock and inside knob not available?.wonder if u carry this or recommend an alternative fixture?? Apt built in 1986? Tx Bill

Thank you for assisting me today. I have attached my original Channel Balance and they are 27F but measure a total of 28 5/16 inches. Go figure. Why would they do that. I am guessing to be safe and not have to re-drill new holes the 29F would be the safest way to go? What do you think? Let me kn ... (cont.)

The window weighs approximately 21 LBS. The size of the window glass is 27.5 tall by 30.25 Wide. The sash that goes all the way around the window is about 1.5" (the white part that hold window) There are 3 springs hooked together that individually say #4 035" P

I just received and installed 82-265 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11" but it is not compatible with the current keeper. Can you please confirm the part number for the right keeper? Is it 82-249?
