I replaced two channel Balances but both sash guides are deteriorated and need replacement. Each time I try to lift the window to remove it the channel balance on both sides come loose and shoot to the top and I am unable to pull the window out. Any ideas?

Twice a year I clean the outside of my windows. This year one of the balances came lose and fell in the back of my building.

I spoke to a kind rep and wanted to share the info for parts we are looking for. I need 4 balances They are 34" long and 1/4" thick. I'll attach picts of the ends and the numbers stamped on them

Looking for a handle for my 1965 Air Lite sliding glass door. The plastic latching switch falls out of the locking mechanism.

50/50 window balance

My string has broken on my balance and I am looking for a replacement string or entire balance.Doug

Hi, I ordered a part that I thought was like the one I have, but it's a bit different. The only marking I have on the older channel balance is 2830. So I bought the same option, but it's a half inch too big. That's mostly the biggest difference. So I'm not sure that the new one would work correctly ... (cont.)

The balance I found on your site is a 795 series but it doesn't match the top clip as mine hooks in the jamb and yours screws in.

The whiskers are 7' long on each side and 3' across on top and bottom.

I need tool to wind spring and tool to keep clip from coming out from the bottom of the window frame.Also,I need plastic incerts at the top of each side of the window to keep balance tube in place.Please examine photos.Thanks!

I ordered the 15-259 coil balance pivot shoe, but the coil I have uses screws to attach to the shoe. I am assuming the 15-259 is not correct but I need a different coil/shoe part?

Recently this broke and I'm thinking it needs a new coil balance - I only know it's the MI 4300 series white window - your help is appreciated. Thank you , Randy

This window balance has a small cord anchored with a screw into the jam at the top. At the bottom it has a 15-195B 1 1/4 " T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam. I need your part number as a friend of mine will be ordering more Balance Shoes and top latches. One balance was completely missing! Thank You, A ... (cont.)

Can you please recommend a replacement plastic guide for the patio sliding glass doors?.

Please help me identify the correct replacement balancer. They are 1/2 inch wide and 34 inches long. I've attached photos of the ends and markings on the balancer.
