Jeld-wen french door, 10 years old or so, top flush bolt has plastic parts which one broke, even with light usage. I cannot find anything close for replacement, everything is 7" or wrong style. I'll end up using a barrel bolt if I have to, but would be nice to have the correct part. ... (cont.)

Is there a class of vinyl windows where the corners are molded and does not allow easy replacement of the wool weatherstripping, it seems mine does not easily slide out of the groove.

Looking to replace the crank handle on what I've been told are Marvin windows. I would guess they are from the 1980's, but not sure. The spline is attached to the handle. I think it is worn. Can you help?

I have a set of windows that will not open because the shoes are broken. I don't know which part I need, however. Attached is a photo. I measured 1.5" on the outside of the channel, and I'm assuming I need 1.25". I saw a couple options and am unsure what I need.Thanks!!-Lane

I replaced two channel Balances but both sash guides are deteriorated and need replacement. Each time I try to lift the window to remove it the channel balance on both sides come loose and shoot to the top and I am unable to pull the window out. Any ideas?
