Please identify the correct replacement channel balance for my Pennco window. Only the bottom window moves up and down and tilts out for cleaning and removal. The top window is stationary. Hi - I have three types of hideous windows. Pella, Anderson and Marvin. I'd like to replace all of the operators/operator covers/cranks with nested covers and handles.
