on an identical window the pin (that the pen is pointing on) broke off and the arm is free floating and the window opens crooked.

Hi, im Hakim from Malaysia. where can I get this interlock set for window 8inch (12C-IS23 OE) and also 16inch (12C-IS43 GL)

I don't see any numbers on it. But the piece that goes into the window is broken so the window isn't closing properly. I took measurements their a little off but it's 1 1/8 and a hair over x 3 1/4 it's a little close to the 3/8 on my measuring tape. Hope this helps

This clip slides in between the screen and window frame on the INSIDE of the house. They are from Universal Windows, but I can't find a replacement. They were originally a clear plastic clip that has now yellowed. Do you have something like this?

The latch part of the locking mechanism is broken

I am not sure of the name of this part. But the piece that the door hooks cling onto in order to lock the door is missing from one of my sliding doors. The first picture shows what the piece looks like on a different door. Any help to buy a replacement would be greatly appreciated! ... (cont.)

I just got 12 of the Series 390 balances. When reinstalling the sash, I hook the window, hold the sash up in the channel, and lower it. The sash does not engage the balance. What's wrong?

This is a clip that holds the screen into the frame. It's a 2 inch screen spacer for a Superseal Window Series 1250.
