I can't seem to find an exact match to my snap-in glazing on your website. Looks like your 55-196 is somewhat close. See my photos. In the "installed" photo, the snap-in glazing is the piece with the faint "t" on it. The windows were installed about 30 years ago by a company named "Regency Window ... (cont.)

As you can see the fiberglass rod is split and the plastic part that slips over the end is broken and slides up the rod.Mike

crank stripped-set screw doesn't tighten enough to get a solid grip to turn window operating screw.

I need new caps. I ordered new balances (2430) and have also found 24B on a balancer. I can find no identifying info on 50 year old aluminum windows. Can you identify these? Thanks!

This holds the window in but unclips when you want to clean the outside so you can tip it in. I call it a tip in window clip but your software gives me discussion boards to read instead of a part. Apparently I don't know what they are called.

Metal casing is 32 3/4 inch. End to end with plastic fittings is 34 inches. Number on metal is 32 5 PE. Need two for non tilt window unknown brand.
