I'm not sure what to look for a far as a replacement part for this.

I'm looking for a replacement sash balancer for an Andersen Narroline window. Please see attached pictures of the one that is broken. However, I understand I should replace both of them. Thanks

The plastic pivot lock shoe is snapping, causing the top windows to fall down and not go back up when the windows are unlatched. I can't find these replacement parts anywhere. Installed on a Certainteed/Mi Windows 1650 series.

I can't seem to find an exact match to my snap-in glazing on your website. Looks like your 55-196 is somewhat close. See my photos.
