So the mechanism seems to not work I can unlock and lock it but the upper hook stay outside and then the sliding door get stuck I want to order new mechanism (the thing inside)

Window 20 1/2 W x 16 1/2 H Please help me find replacement parts for it. Thank you.

Brass door set for 1" wood screen door. Spring that returns inner latch is fine large heavy flat spring that returns exterior handle does not. Not broken as far as I can see. It is 1-3/4" centers, the square shaft is 5/16" stock. Width of assembly is 1-1/4".

Hopeful you can suggest a good rrplacement.

Window will not stay up. Both sides, the coil looks snapped. Do I need to remove the parts yet?

I need a replacement for the channel balancer. How much would it costs me if you have the part. I need two. The measurement of the just the metal part without the plastic clips is exactly 26 and 3/4 inches. The number stamped on the metal is 2650.

Need a new screen frame corner for my house window. OD of the metal frame is 7/16". Width of the tab going inside the metal frame is 3/4" and depth is 3/8". Entire length from outside of corner to tip of tab is 2 3/8".

I have some old wooden sash with broken balancers. I'd like to talk to someone about easiest way to reinstall balancers. Sash won't come out until I remove wooden trim stop that retains sash in frame. It won't fit over balancers so must be installed in sash to install. Any hints for holding balance ... (cont.)
