Small black plastic part that slides into groove at top of window. Seems part holds the top pivoting corner in position for sliding pivot.

Hello, I'm trying to identify the broken door handle on our cornerless sliding glass door so I can purchase and install a replacement. Hi I'm trying to replace my casement window mechanism as its broken and won't fully open or close. Please see photos attached.

My part looks most similar to the 795 however the receiver at the bottom of the channel that holds the window pin does not come out. Please advise.

One of the hung window balance and I believe what is called a sash cam are broken. I would like to replace both sides parts. But I unable to identify the exact parts. Pleas help, picture attached. Thanks

I am looking for replacement parts for these. The metal body's length is 27". Width in the inside is around 1/2”. The spring is 13.5" long. The white part near the pulley's measurement may not be accurate as parts of it had snapped off at some point.

Hello, It appears I have the Truth Hardware 38-376 on 6 casement windows. I have lost a set screw for one handle. I wanted to see if I'm able to purchase a set screw for one of these handles.

Looking to replace my channel balancer. It's marked 17 3 AX CMC 7 18" end-to-end, not including the plastic shoe inserts 0.5" channel width 1" bottom shoe depth

The first two pictures are from the broken side. The last picture is the broken piece. The 3rd and 4th picture are the side that is not broken. The piece that broke is made out of pot metal(?) and broke at the first screw point.

Another hard to find bead...note it has a white rubber sweep on the one edge. THV double hungs...probably the same thing as the CHS/Primax windows today?
