I have two Cascade windows that are not functioning properly where the spring loaded rails on the sides are inoperable and need to be replaced.

I'm trying to replace this cranks since the gears are not engaging enough to close the window all the way. As well I'm looking for the (not sure of the name) "sliding mechanism/arm" that goes attached to the window, I see part number but once typed in, won't show any results, any guidance would be h ... (cont.)

I believe these windows are pre 1990 original Andersen casement windows that need a new glazing bead. Looking for assistance with what glazing bead is correct for this window type. Glass Width: 19 3/4; Glass Height: 55 1/2

Hello - I'm looking for a replacement of the crank mechanism for a Truth branded crank on an awning window. I don't see a part number on the mechanism. When closed, the end-to-end "width" of the arms is 21.5". And, the color is sort of a champagne metallic type paint. Thanks! Mike ... (cont.)

I would like to replace operator that opens left from outside and to the right when viewed from inside.

Will crank open but when trying to close the middle part backs out and will not operate the window to close.
