Hello I'm having an issue with closing my window. The crank still works but the top and bottom in the cornner where the window pulls in is broken. I was wondering if I can use the same window and just change the hardwear for the entire window, top and bottom. Thanks Heather

Hello, I am trying to find replacement parts for both the window lock and windown pull. I can see the brand "eagle" on the window lock but there are not any marks on the window pull. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, this is the old style Andersen window balancer. I think they are from the mid-1960's. The only numbers are on the bottom right corner of the opposite side from the strings/plugs. From the left these are the letters/numbers stamped into the balancer chassis: EE 5 27
