I am trying to identify the name of these small opaque white plastic clips found along the vertical inside surface of my window that opens and closes by crank. I need to find a vendor to purchase them from as well. Many are broken. Thanks

...a friction shoe for my wood windows. I think it was a cardaco window, and I see that in other posts you've suggested a 15-104 friction shoe, however it looks like it is a little different on the top and i don't know if the back side fits on the same track or not.

Im trying to help a customer and im having a hard time determining which part to order. I believe is the 15-154 all the dimensions match up . I was just trying to determine and am second guessing myself. And information youre able to provide is greatly appreciated! Thank you !

Ykk single hung 32-23/32" x 27 3/4 Sticker date 11/18:2021 window is hard to open and close. Needs quit a bit of force to open and close. I think I need to replace the mechanism on the right and left pretty handy, just cannot figure out what to order

There are no markings, numbers, or words on this operator. I attached a picture of the broken operator with detailed measurements. Please let me know if you have any way of identifying it for me to find a replacement. Thank you.Dave

Can't find any serial number on the window

Has Les products Duvernay Ltee stamped on one side. 3/8 depth and the width is 7/16 on top and 9/16th on bottom which by the spline channel. Overall length is 2" to corner.

Howdy! We have 12 windows with these balances. They are generally quite heavy and many have begun to stick and function even more poorly. Your guidance on options which would be easier on the arms would be wonderful. Many thanks

I'm looking for 2 - 75" pcs. of Andersen Storm Door window retainer part #30845 in white.

Channel length = 27 in. Stamp = 2630. Width= 1/2 Window maker is unknown. I am looking to have 2 sets of channels made.
