The two screws that hold both handles together, broke off into one handle. I need a new door handle assembly, I can't quite identify the right parts. See pictures, including fly Jim order number, but the last digit is not discernible, 4 inches between handle holes.

The tilt latches for 1 of my windows is broken (both sides). One of the little tabs has broken off. I found a "7A" number on it. Also a Pat.#5,139,291 number on the latch. Is there a right & left side for these tilt latches? I would like to order 2 sets, if possible as I have another window to r ... (cont.)

I think the windows are PTG but not 100% sure I need this part asap and can't find it anywhere we are selling our home and the inspectors said it needs to be installed

I can't seem to get the window out of the frame without really forcing it, so I can't send photos with the balances installed. The good news is that the balances have markings of "86A 24-5 AA2 CMC 7"

Weathershield window balancer. Looks like ribbed, but not sure which model. Window is probably 20 yrs old. Characters on part(see picture): DB J03 and 33 TGX

Need a couple new balances for our windows. I want to verify I am ordering the correct part. I have attached some pictures.

The left coil balance is damaged. The window is 3x3". How do I exchange the part? There is no cutout. on the picture I have it already unscrewed ( 2 screws).
