Hello! I have a 2003 home built by Zaring in Cincinnati. I need to replace my rusted sash pivot bars. Attached are pics. There is no info on the window manufacturer.

Hi! Could you tell me if you have a replacement for the top roller part shown on the photos please? The photos show the part working on one of the wardrobe doors but the top rollers on the second door have snapped, as shown in the last photo. Do you stock a replacement? We have a 42" front door. Would like to replace the slide-in rubber/vinyl? weather stripping/sweep but can't find anything that looks like it would work. It attaches via 2 1/8" t-slots and is ~ 1 1/4 inch wide with ~1/4 in "fins" on the bottom. Any help finding something that would work would be g ... (cont.)

Hi there - I am not sure which replacement part(s) I need to fix the cranking issue. The crank works on closing the window, and only when the window is open a few inches (I push it out). The only info I was able to see are marked in the pictures attached. Please advise which part(s) I need to replac ... (cont.)

I have broken balancers on all my windows. Window are Simonton installed in 2004. Window weight is 21 lbs. pictures are from the right side. When I removed the left side it a total of 3 coils.
