Snapped the part in picture. Holds the sliding rod that pulls in and locks the window. I am using the outer most screw holes in the part. Do you have a replacement?

Is it possible to only install new handles for this Truth 31858 window? I need two handles for the same window (right & left sides).

Looking to replace missing handle (6" space between holes) and lock assembly if you have. Lock inside panel is 7 1/8 hich and 7/8" wide. image is dark but if you zoom in you can see. Do you have these parts?

May I please have a little help with a constant force balance and appropriate springs for a Plygem Impact vinyl window 1500 series.

They're 15 inches long, and the marking says 1420 BSI.

I was able to remove the balance with the broken spring. I attached additional photos with measurements of my balance. No manufacturer name on the part. Just a patent number. The number is 5.353.548. Handles no longer work

Truth is the brand. #45002 is number stamped on the underside.operates an awning type window. If I new the tap size I could straighten out the threads so the auger stop would screw in. So I guess I gotta get the whole part.

First one measures 27" with stamp 26 3 EX CMC. The other is 21" with no markings.The shoe on the top one is, I believe 1 and 3/32".The shoe on the bottom one is broken. Also no stamp, markings. The spring measures 7"
