Hello, I have tilt windows at my house. The balances need replaced. See the attached pictures. I had 3 coils together on each side. The coils have printed on them #4.0 35" P. I was hoping to order one of the 140 quick balances that are already together as one unit, but I am unsure which weight to ge ... (cont.)

I believe the clip is 15-198. Is this correct? I am unsure of the shoe. Also, is it possible to use a new shoe on an old balance? Or is this purchased as a new assembly?

The photo shows the window opening arm. The part rotates to open or secure the window manually. There are no markings or other indicators.
