Can someone help me identify this glazing for a double panes aluminum sliding window?

I have wooden double hung windows that have a pin at the base of each side of the sash that allows the window to pivot out at the top for cleaning and removal. I have some balances in a non rotating kitchen window that are broken and I can't figure out what a modern match would be. The house was built in 2004 and I can't find a manufacturer on the windows - but the balance is 1/2" wide and says 27C USB.

I ordered a door hanger and received it but it wasn't a complete set. It came as a single door handle without any screws or the other handle that fit the other side of the sliding door. We have a new issue with an old Larson 3/4 storm door. I wish I could give you the model name or number, but I don't have the manual and there are no stickers or other identification on the door. The attached photos show a channel balance stamped with 2790. The sash weighs 30.8lbs and is for a non-tilt window. The channel balance is 9/16" wide (1/2"). If I am using the part finder found on the website correctly, it appears to be a 28" S395 with a 2760 stamp option. Is this correct? ... (cont.)
