I am trying to find this part. I have a house that is missing one lock

Part is a plastic peice attached to top sides of sash which engage the channel balance on aluminum windows. Thanks for helping to identify.

I bought double hung windows from Home Depot years ago. There are small metal parts (one pictured here) that have broken. I think they are part of the balance. THey go into a hole at the bottom of the balance and are inserted in a hole on either side of the bottom of the upper windows, and they keep ... (cont.)

The screw that holds the plastic housing to the frame only catches the lip of the plastic housing. Very odd. There is no hole drilled through the housing to mount it. I think you can see from the pics. Plastic housing for rollers has this number stamped on it 7-M10-173 I hope this helps ... (cont.)

Channel Balance, metal bracket measures from end to end 14 1/2". We would need two of them.

I am looking to replace the clips for our Alcon windows that will hold the metal grides in place. The clips are plastic.
