The hexagonal crank base broke off into the base. Can't figure out how to remove the base cover or open the window which glass is broken

The part I have measures 28" long with out the plastic ends. It has marking of "2740 B.S.I" Our windows are metal with no names on them. Several windows need the channel ballances replaced. Thanks for your help.

Need help identifying this balancer. I need 4 of these. The plastic parts have been beauty by the sun and the heat. The overall part from end to is is about 31 inches. I have a cabinet draw and looking for a replacement wheel. The wheel is 3/4 by approx 1/8 to 1/4 wide

I believe the correct balance is the above, by the photos of the plastic thingies on the end and measurements. But my weight stamp does not correspond to your list. The windows were installed in the 1990s, if I recall correctly. The stamp is 32 3 AP Caldwell Can you help with the correct product ... (cont.)

My sliding glass door roller wheel assembly is broken what can I use as a replacement for the above pictures

I am trying to make a repair of my no tilt single sash window and the right channel is in up the position as a plastic tab on window is broken. Left channel moves up and down with window but in current condition, window want to come out when raising. The stamped number on the channel is 29 4 FV C ... (cont.)

The 30 in metal bracket has a stamp on the back " 29 9 CX CMC 7"

The balances are 14" long, there are no marking or stamps. The slide window I pulled out measures 21"wide x 16-3/4" high. the windows are Phillips Brand installed in 1994. Thanks, EricI forgot to mention the channels are 1/2" wide.

I have 2 Phillips single hung windows that swing out at the bottom. I need new channel balances and shoes for them. The channel balance is marked 34B and is 34 inches long. The balance shoe has the number 461008 on it, at least I think that's the number. It's hard to read. I've attached some pictur ... (cont.)

Patio sliding glass door lock set

Likit door lock is loose inside as lock doesn't stay in place. The top has pat # 106,753 and the bottom pat # 3,106,753

Is there an installation guide for these operators? I installed one on a customer's window and it works but I have another to install and would like to verify that I installed it correctly. Since this is a different system than the original lever operator. I am mostly concerned about the three clips ... (cont.)
