MI aluminum, single hung, flange windows, insulated, low e, argon

The balance pictured is the one that came out of the window. The only markings I could find are "15," and "13," on the upper and lower coil covers respectively. I did order a couple of the s140 balances and they fit dimensionally, but two 8-pound balances are too weak for this window. I believe a 3 ... (cont.)

I have 2 windows I need channel balances for. I believe your model S390 has the correct ends and is the correct size channel. These are offbrand windows with no labels on them

The four pictures show the pivot bar which inserts into the housing shown. The housing sits in the frame of the window and the bar fits into it on one end and the plastic shoe on the other end which is attached to the balance. It is the little bar which I am missing. Can you tell me the the replacement handleset i need? I would like to replace with a keyed lock if possible. 82-081 looks similar but would like confirmation before ordering. Thanks
