I have Kinro windows throughout the home. The window side latch/lock are dry rotted and broke. I need to order a replacement but I don't know the correct part name or ID part number of some kind. Only ID on it is L for left latch/lock.

Need to get the replacement part and how to remove and replace the part

trying to locate these springs that go on the sides of the window that helps the window open and close. There is a number on the metal 21c bs(i or l or 1). the metal part is 21 inches and the round end is 3/4 " long and the hook end is 5/8". Complete total length 22 1/2"

Handyman told me that length should be 34" to 34 and a quarter.

Hello, I have some Vetter casement windows that aren't functioning properly. It looks as though the splines and possibly the gears are stripped. My sliding door handle is Sash Controls Ferndale MI and the lever is loose, causing the latch to not properly lock the door. I do t know if I need to mortise or the door handle set? We have removed it and tightened it once bit it's loose again.

I have a 35 year 200 series door and checked rollers. The bearing were OK but gummed up freed them and was spinning great. But door is still very hard to open. Should i install new rollers and try? Track is good.
