I have old Viking non-tilt windows with 15" channels which have 1490 then FG then 21 on them. They are for smaller windows, so it seems they would not need more than the lower numbers like 1420 or 1430. Do you know which is appropriate? We have a standard double pain window. At present, the only way to lower the top to let air circulate is to reach around the lower window and pull down the top. Looking for replacement pin

Windows have a spring loaded pin that slides so you can adjust the window up/down, release it and it locks the window in place. The pins are breaking off and I'm looking for options on fixing.

I need to replace 4 crank handles, ref no 45054 16, as the inner grip has worn down. Color as in photo. Do you know how I can replace these parts?

Do you have the receiver for the lock that attaches to the frame for 84-223, or does it come with it?

I have to replace my Block and Tackle balance in my windows however, mine measure 28 1/2. You do not have a 28 1/2 on your website. Only 26 1/2 and 30 1/2.... Will either of these work? Need pivot shoes for Windows marked seasons hold on locking mechanism. Tag says they are series 7100.

I would like to get replacement window balances for an MI single hung window series 865. I need 2 of them. The balances measure 28" from top to bottom. There is a stamp on the metal that reads 2630. How much would they cost and how soon can I get them?

My broken constant force balance springs are stamped "F". They are 1/2 wide with just a single mounting hole on the end. What spring would I need?
