Looks like I have a Truth 30818. What parts do I need to replace it? What do you recommend?

Looking to order the part but not sure which one. Photo Is attached

The channel balance is jammed in a Milestone 1000 window. It won't catch on the take out clip. Any suggestions on how to remove it?

Having trouble finding this one. It has Wright stamped on one arm and 07900 stamped on the other arm.

Do you have any replacement window latcheslike this? Also do you have any sliders that would work with it?

Hello, I bought an old apartment (1983) with original windows (uggggg) the majority of them work fine, they lock but there are a few that only one side the pin does not lock in the hook. They both seem to be in the right place compared to the other side that works so I am not sure what the problem ... (cont.)

Hi, I have a pella sliding screen door (white). The latch keeper is breaking and needs replaced. It is white and connects via two screws. Please see the attached pictures. Thanks Sue

Old style window operator, left handed, part number 315388, entry guard truth, 2 are needed with handles and guards left handed. I just need to know if it the same part that you guys have on the website.

Numbers on balancers are 30B and 36B which must be length. Please advise on what your part numbers are for just the shoe and the 30" and 36" balance so I can order replacements Thanks

I'd like to replace the inside handle on my out-swinging screen door. Currently it's a lever handle both inside and out and I want the inside handle to push. Holes are 1 3/4" apart, and between them is a bigger hole with a square spindle. Will this handle accommodate the spindle? Also do I need a ne ... (cont.)

This is a 15" Channel Balance "1/2" Inch (in the trade). It says "1440G" B.S.I. What would be the current part number from Swisco that I should use? I need about 40 of these.

On both the left and right side of this window, the metal pieces that secure the bottom of the window are damaged. In one photo, you can see the piece is clearly broken and part is missing.

This plastic piece is attached to the top of a Milgard single hung aluminum window. It's the stop that holds the balancer in place. The aluminum windows were manufactured in 1997. This photo is of a complete, intact stop. I need to replace it on some other windows where it is broken.I couldn't find ... (cont.)

Hello I need to order the bottom wheel assembly for my sliding closet Stanley door.

the markings are 3400 bsi rd. window is tilt. balance is channel 9/16 in width and 9/16 deep. balance is 34 inches long

Not sure what this aluminum strip is called. I removed the exterior grids from a window.. this type of strip was around the window . I am looking for this type of strip to finish of the window. Any help you can provide will be very much appreciated. Thank you
