I am needing a milgard window balancer replacement. The length of the metal portion of the balance is 25-11/16" with the overall length at 27 inches.

Took a non working lock apart to find this. It should hold the end of a hinged piece that moves to engage the lock. Old door, no way to identify it. Thank you. You've helped before, hoping for another success. :-). ???

Seeking this window sealer

This is a Series 380 or Series 385 balance. If the depth is really 1", choose S380-33. If it's more than 1", choose S385-33. Measure incredibly closely to be sure that it's 1", because it looks iffy. Balance number (1) would use the "3250" weight option and balance number (2) would use "3240." These ... (cont.)

This assembly is from a Dailey window from 2008. It made by Truth andhas a double swing arm. The long arm from the window attachment point to the handle is 5". The 2 remaining arms are 4". I hopes this helps. Based on the dimensions I saw on the 39-316, The 5" arm on mine is 4", the 3 1/8 is good ... (cont.)
