34 4 kw cmc 7 35 inch balance 27 lb. window Won't stay up. The balances are not staying in window.Only thing on back of balance is a metal clip at bottom of balance.

Do you sell a 9/16 x 28" balance with 4' over all length ?

My dimensions are 1 9/16" x 3/4". Will this fit?

Have these worked for customers? I see that a critical dimension does not appear to be correct...my latches look exactly like the photos, but I am concerned about tolerances (the 0.160" dimension looks incorrect, as mine is less than 0.125", so I am worried that the latch will not snap in tightly en ... I have a traco double hung aluminum window. It will not lift due to 1 of the balances. I removed both and found that they are 2 different sizes with 2 different weight ratings.
