The windows use a 3/8 spiral balance 24in long with blue tips,and a sash weight of 15lbs, The pivot shoe measurements is 2" tall 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, which matches the description of part# 15-121, however i read a post stating that part would not work with the 900 series spiral balance. The existing channel is stamped 32 -5 but it measures 33. Attempted to upload some pictures for you but they would not upload. I purchased and received this item. Question about installation. I replaced units but they do not hold up the window. do I have to do something special to "charge" the balance. I purchased the charging tool? Not sure how to proceed. Bob

Number on balancer is 28 3 Co Caldwell. The length excluding the plastic ends is 28 and 3/4 inches. Thanks Larry P

Hi, Here is photos of parts, the channel balances are 28"x1/2" with non wing top guide and 1 1/8 " shoe with 2730 J stamped on it. The 390 looks very close. All crank hardware says delmar hardware on it the crank says nothing or the window it self, i need the lock for the window on the other side the handle broke. It snapped in my hand when it was unlocked.

HI We noticed all the keepers on tow casement windows are missing; evidently removed during painting and then lost. The crank indicted they are Hurd brand and are over 20 years old. I've shown the keeper latch in both the open and locked position. What do you recommend?

can you identify the broken tilt window pin. You press the black button on the front of the window to release the tilt pin. I do not see any markings on the items.
