Metal from end-to-end measures 28", but between the plastic ends measures 27"; 1/2" wide. I have 3 windows that need this part replaced.

I need to replace the channel balance for my Jordan windows. They are non-tilt windows. the channel balance is 28 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. There is a stamped number on one end. It is probably not legible in the picture. It is 27 3. There is a space between 27 and 3.

I am looking for a replacement for this window crank. It is for a solarium door with louvered windows. The screw holes are 3 7/8" and 4 3/4" apart. I have purchased a condo that has double hung vinyl tilt windows. I do not know the brand or age of windows, my guess is more than 20 yrs old. None of the windows operate with ease and one is missing the locking device and the shoe is broken. Obviously the shoe and locking device need to be replaced ... (cont.)

I need to replace the glazing pieces on 4 casement windows. I have attached pics of the glazing profile and window.

I'm trying to locate a replacement handle and lock. The handle mounting screws are 3-15/16" apart, door is 1-1/16 " Thick. The lock that goes into the door is 4-7/8" for screws to go in to the edge. Any help would be appreciated, thanks John

I would love to give you more pictures but can't! I have tried to get the elderly lady to give me more info I have measurements that don't align with any trust mechanism.
