Hi - I'm trying to find these balancers for 25-year old wood windows. It's a 23.5 inch long spring with plastic clip things on the end. This email is regarding the pivot shoe. I installed 15-046 which is not an exact match. It works, but does not lock (cam out) for braking to allow window removal. Screen doors subject to coastal climate. The plastic rollers hold up, but the housing for the rollers do not. I was considering the 84-101 with stainless housing with poly rollers. These window guides have worn down/broken to the point that the screw head is riding on and gouging/shaving the aluminum window track. Not sure if the aluminum track is part of the frame or removable, but I definitely need the guides. Scott
