Hello, I have two issues: 1. Broken handle 2. cracked cover. When the window is opened it pushes the cover off from the casement. I have to hold the cover to the casement with force while cranking the handle otherwise the cover will be pushed off

Need latch for both sides of storm window. Latch is held in by a folded down piece of the aluminum frame. No markings on window or frame for identification. Latch appears to be made of pot metal, non magnetic.

They are certainteed windows, the metal portion is 26 1/4" long

I have older windows, manufacturer unknown. On 4 windows, the pivot shoe is broken. The window balancers are in good condition. The markings on the balancers show BSI and 32b and 32c. I need help finding the correct pivot shoe part. It appears that there is a post from the balancer that attaches ... (cont.)

Hello, these windows from condo built late 1990s. All the trim on inside is breaking every time you touch it. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Could you please help to identify this parts? The only stamp I was able to find was "27 D" Also attached the window rail picture. Width of the rail seems about 1 inch. Window is around 30inch tall. Thanks for your help

The length of the metal channel is 27" It is marked '26-3 JQ CALDWELL' I'm uncertain about the depth and the width. The depth is 9/16" The width of the narrow side is 1/2" The width of the wide side is 19/32" Both top and bottom are winged.

The sash weighs 9.0 lbs. 24.25" h x 19.5"w. Current balances are rod & spring and are 22.5" long
