I have a damaged sping assy, stamped PN 29-5 GP5 CMC 85no makers name on the window, but from a home built approx 2022. Many similar spring assy so need help.

Handle length 9 and a 1/2 inches, Mounting screws 3 and 7/8 on center, Locking mechanism 2 and 3/4 inches from top mounting screw on center.

Please see the attached pics of a double hung lower sash balance shoe. I would like to replace the shoe but I can't ID it. Can you help me?
