I can't find the make and model of the window and don't know how to take the pivot shoe off the window

there are two small plastic clips at the top of the window pane that keeps the window in the track as it slides up and down.

Unable to identify the correct sash balance for my windows.

I NEED THE PART NUMBER FOR THIS AWNING OPERATOR

I am looking for this lock with a 5/8 inch tongue. I need 4 in white, if possible. The distance between holes is 2 1/4 inches. There is no keeper. Thank you!

The replacement door part # is 2505930. Looking for the two bottom rollers

This bead appears to be 55-191 however the tail that tucks back into the glass seems to be a little longer. I ordered the correct beads the first time and want to make sure these will fit. Would greatly appreciate your expert opinion. Thanks, Jerry

Hello, I was wondering if you carried this type of molding, 3/4in. face with a 1/4in. channel lock snap in? I know most come with the channel lock on top of the face, but as you can see on this molding the channel lock kinda comes straight down from the back of the face. A reply would be appreciated ... I am looking to replace a broken crank handle. The Andersen part number on the handle is 1361318. I also need the little piece in the picture that goes with it. The number on the small piece is 7198-14. Can you help? Thanks! Suzy

I buy the correct pivot shoe for my windows. I measure the thickness correctly of 17/32" However, the width I am measuring is 1 3/16" and not 1 1/4".

I need 19 more of these.

I found my pivot bar housing and pivot bar on your website. Not sure if it needs replacement, ours fell out of the bottom of the window when we last opened it. I have Champion aluminum frame double hung tilt windows with 3/8 red tip balances (25"). I want to replace the balance for a single window that is 35" wide. While removing the old balance the charging tool slipped, and I was unable to record how tight the balances were charged. In general, how many ... (cont.)

I ordered and received 6 Pella T-crank handles 3/8". 39-227B. The cranks are too short. I think I need a 5/8 ". What do you advise? I couldn't find one in your catalog. Nick

Only # is LIC 5,069,001 and a 2 in a recessed circle. Total length is 2 11/16" with 3/4" between holes.

Do you drill these plastic style sliding screen door corners out like you would a metal one? They are staked twice. Also, where do I find replacements as the sliding screen door frame does not go together flush and standard replacements would effect the door fit and operation?
