I believe the replacement part I require is 82-080 ( 4 15/16"). Please confirm that is correct and also confirm the proper model/part for the Mortise lock and Striker plate to accompany this product. Thank you.

Looking for replacement door locks. Inside is pictured below with picture of measurements for holes. Outside has a knob on top and lock with key on bottom.

My window channel balance and sash cam are broken on one side, I think I've identified the correct channel balance replacement, S351-31, and sash cam, 18-171, however the upper corner of the sash itself is also broken, though the screw hole for the original sash cam is still intact. Hi, I don't see any markings on the channel balance except one of them says 2740. Looking at the pics do I need S380 channel balance or something other. What other parts would I need to order. Attaching picture. Very much apprecaite your help.

I have a Double hung window and the coil broke in half in the Balance.I would like do get 2 new ones so i weighed the window which weighs 14 pounds so what Replacement constant force balance do i need the one that came out is only a single coil with no markings THANK you.

I have 10 year old windows and a couple have broken cranks. I am looking to replace just the handles as the actual window Crank still works fine. They are metal but the base is a hard plastic? No name on the windows it was a spec home if that helps.
