Need replacement corners for a screen window. It's an outside corner with flange. how do I measure to get the correct size

I need a left and right window latches that have dry rotted and broken when trying to clean the outside of the windows. n my shopping cart I have a spiral balance, 23" (qty=2), among others. In the window side channel where it goes, at the top, there's a hole where the spiral balance is screwed onto, except that the screw hole is square. My son purchased a home and the window screens are secured by the plastic clips. I never saw anything like these. The Windows are old and are missing several of these clips.

I need to replace a right side 27" Caldwell balance for my window. The balance is marked "25 4 FO"caldwell". The plastic pulley system in the balance is broken ( see phone). There appears to be an adjustment screw for the pulley system(see photo)

Window shoe from Comfort World Brand double hung window. Likely comfort world 4000. Pivot cam is the only piece that has failed. Pivot cam is 5/8" diameter. Pivot cam depth is 1/2" Top to bottom length of shoe is 1 7/16". Width is 1 1/4". Depth is 1/2".
