Hello, Your "Window Sash Lock, 2-1/4", Product Code: 90-005" has a lock tab that is 3/8" long. My sash locks are identical to this model, except the lock tab is only 1/4" long. Do you have a version that has a 1/4" lock tab? Thank you for your kind attention. Sincerely, Sandon

I have many windows and they are of the channel balance type and with your help I've repaired them. But this one is different and I'm not sure how to remove window and replace broken part. There is no clip to pop out The window slides up but won't stay up. Please help!!

I purchased Item # 81-023 from Swisco back in 2012. Described as Sliding Door Roller, 1-1/4"dia. Steel Concave BB. I cannot find that part number now. Did I miss it? Do you still have it? If not, what is replacement? I need two.

I need to replace the Door Lock Lever.

When pressed fully down the door handle does not does not fully retract the bolt from the box in the door frame. The latch extends about 1/8" beyond the plate on the door. This is enough to prevent the door from opening without a very hard jerk. The problem is the same whether opening the door from ... (cont.)

No name windows, left and right spring tilt plastic pivots both broke. Any help in finding replacements greatly appreciated. Only numbers inside window picture.

Key to this is the fact that the springed latch is so far back from the door - help!

HiMy channel,balance does not have the 15-002 shoe at the end but rather more like the 19-002 at both ends. One facing one way and the other facing the other way. Will your replacement still work?? Thanks
