Need the plastic track that the stainless cover fits on,

I am struggling to find a replacement place or the original manufacturer for these replacement windows. I did contact a couple of companies, but the couple I have found deny making the windows. Need parts for these windows. Need parts for two different size windows as noted.

Need both right and left opening casement. Thuth is stamped on one piece arm

the window will roll out, but not back in. I cannot separate the gear auger from the handle. I wonder how that is done as the handle is usually sold separately. It appears if I could get the gear auger separated that there is a little silver seal that maybe could be pounded in place and then the han ... (cont.)
