I'm trying to find a replacement handle for my sliding door. I haven't been able to identify the door manufacturer...but I think it might be an Anderson. The handle has mounting holes measuring 5-1/2in on center. I haven't found anything in my area, so I want to make sure I have the correct hardware ... (cont.)

The only marking is on the channel "28C." This is from a double hung, tilt inward, window. The chord on the pulley system inside the channel broke so I am looking to replace.

Hi, Your company always bails me out when I need parts, so here I go again. I require a replacement, locking, handle set for a sliding glass door. I have unknown year or model certainteed double hung tilt sash windows. The photo is of the top sash right side upper latch that broke. I need both sides and can't find a replacement with this screw in design. There is a vinyl cover that snaps on over the latches once installed.

I believe all the hardware is truth. We have 4 windows each of 2 locks (8 total). The operators are on two right opening windows and two left opening windows. I included a picture of the operator hinge in case that would help of need replacement. thank you, Morgan
