Hi, I moved into a condo and the windows have Acorn clips and they are all broken. Can you help me identify which part I need?

I need the guts for my casement windows

Not sure what this is called but all of it needs to be replaced

it is a gear driven operator with center mounted crank. Overall length is 21 1/2"

My screen door came with nothing to latch the screen door to on the other side so I am unable to latch the screen closed

The part shown is broken in pieces, with one "arm" still in the window. Both left and right sides are broken. The window is aluminum frame, in a mobile home.

lost the catching latch on the sreen door does not lock

Could you explain how I go about adjusting the sliding mirrored wardrobe doors to bring the closing gap together. Please see pics below of the fixings on the doors and the gap in question. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Kind regards Martin
