The latch is not holding even though the lock is turned. Here's a grouping of photos. I'm thinking the parts are worn out from use. If I can get the exact parts it will be a simple job to just replace each.

The first picture is the top, the second picture is the side. Would the sash stop you have in stock fit my window? It seems that my sash is a little smaller than your measurements.

I have a Semco tilt window and when the bottom window is opened and raised, the top window comes down. Have to assume the part I see in the track needs to be replaced. Anita

These rollers have 1/2" plastic wheels with ball bearings and have Grant DL and DR stamped on them. If you have these or an equivalent what is the minimum order for both the right and left sides? Thank you.
