Hi Again, The windows we have were installed in 1990 and I believe the company no longer exists. Windsor? Windstrom?Something like that. Photo shows additional parts ( the shoe?) I may need but Im not seeing a match. It holds the balancer spiral as well as the shoe to the window. One of them is bar ... (cont.)

Trying to find the right beading to go in a aluminum trim window. Windows are in condo built in 1980 - aluminum this trim is on the inside of the movable sash. Color is black. The sash is roughly 32" wide 24" tall

Please see the attached pictures. We need help finding these springs.

The tilt operator has to be thin like the one in the picture.

I have a 22 inch long half inch wide balance. Bottom plastic piece broke. I can't locate any markings on it. Maybe S380 or S385?

Coil balance was 4 1/8 long by 1/2 to 5/8 thick
