I need to know replacement parts for my 19" channel balance with 1810 marking. I also need replacement spiral balance for my wood windows. My current ones have red tip 24" long and are 3/8". I also I also need the foot plate.

This door has a sticker with this written: Series9800/9805/9850/9890 AAMA/NWWDA 101/1.S. 2-97 SGD-R 20-96X96 I ordered online item # 82-315 (order # 878910) but it doesn't fit with the outside of the door handle, also the screw holes are closer together than with the door we have. I want to add window sash lift handles (26-116) to our thermo pane windows, but I'm concerned about introducing condensation between the panes when I screw the handles on. Should I be concerned?

These are somewhat standard 5/16 X 3/16 X 3 pivot bar with screw 2" in. However they have small 1/16 diameter roll pin in end. I couldn't find in your catalog. Can you make? If so what is minimum quantity? Thank you.

My guide is a 27" non tilt window balance block and tackle stamp 26-4. My question is: is the 26-4 stamp the same as 2640?

I hope you can help me. I need to replace the window balance shoes. Problem is that the originals were completely broken and mostly missing. I've ordered two shoes already and neither of them work - I can tell that the original has 'wings' in the back. I ordered 15-004 (1 3/32")

Hi I am looking for what looks to be a 795 with down channel balance. 34 in long your description states that they have an 1 1/4 in pivot shoe. Mine are 1 in. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks Justin

Screen door has 2 Rollers on top of door AND 2 rollers on bottom of door. Overall length of bar, end to end, 2-3/8" Width of bar 5/16" 1" roller No markings or brand present
