I need to replace this broken window latch. It goes to a Nichols Thomas W/O# 070614521016 casement B11-B15 Left opener panel 1 size 31 1/2' X 59 3/4" white. That is all the information I found on the window.

The spring on top of my Pella screen door seems to have lost some of it's tension. I notice on your web site you have one for sale for around $20. Is this a generic spring that will work with all Pella screen does?

Hi, The channel balance springs have broken on two windows and I suspect two more will probably fail soon. I plan to purchase (4) pairs of channel balances. These are stamped with BSI 2730. The aluminum rail is 28" long. Please advise on replacement parts. Thanks! Linsey

I need to find a replacement part for a broken tilt latch for a TRACO window. The windows date back to approx 1981. The only identifier I can see on the window is TRA-5-81. See photos attached. I can't seem to be able to screw The patio door handles together. I thing the screws inside are not working anymore. Is this covered under warranty. If not do you have the handles and what is the cost.

Hello Swisco, I see through your discussion page that you can custom make dual spring channel balances. I have a Traco window and the balances need replaced, they are stamped (23DS 38 ) and the sash weight is approximately 38 lbs. The metal channel length are 24" long with the 19-041 tops and the 1 ... It appears the sun rots the plastic so I need several plastic pieces 2 side measuring 27 3/4" 2 bottoms " 33 3/4"

I am trying to find replacement rollers for sliding glass door. I believe it is a Capitol door because the Capitol Door Handle I ordered is the correct one.

I'm thinking this is your part called Entrygard dual arm operator product code 39-032. It's truth hardware. Short arm has 20810 and 30842R on it. It's 4 inches and 7/16 long.
