I don't know the brand, but I have a tilt window. The metal joint broke. I've attached a picture of the piece that did NOT break in my window, as well as a picture of the sticker found on the window with all its dimensions.

Looking for replacement pivot bar

First, thanks again for your help on my previous order. I need channel balances, take out clips and sash guides for a no-tilt window. Channel balances are 30" x 5/8" x 5/8", with a stamp showing 29DS 38 (see pic). Please help me ID the parts. Thank you.

Need 6 Andersen Sash Balancers. The part number on the existing balancers are BP16 12#27 9-85

Can you tell me if you have this part for a commercial window. This piece slides into the bottom of the window on either side. The metal piece sets inside of the window pivot lock shoe which is attached to the tubular spiral balance. It may be a traco window, but I am not sure. Thanks. ... (cont.)

The old coil is showing #4 5 35" on the end. It measures 1/2 inch wide. The replacement coil with #4 is only showing 3/8 wide. The #5 more closely matches the old one. Which do you recommend?

The opposite side of the hand crank is a little piece of plastic to keep the bugs out. Somehow I lost one.
