The only number found was 40942-A. Found on track attached to window sill. No brand of window found. Looks like good window double pane glass. Need 5 2 double Windows 1 single window

Please advise on what is the appropriate part. It is stamped 2550 32 on the channel itself. The metal part is measured at 26 inches. I did not see the exact top of foot matching to what you have listed.

I recently ordered and attempted replacing the channel balances in a customer's windows and thought I ordered the correct sash stops but they are about half the size they need to be. I need to identify and purchase the correct top sash stops. Thanks.

The top sash guide on my Kinco window (installed in 2005) broke and the balance is now exposed. The number on the balance is 29-4 EA2 CMC 12. Can you provide the part number for a replacement balance with the sash guides included?

I need seven locks and one plain handle like you see in this photo. These two sliders meet in the middle of a big glass wall. Do you sell just the plain ones too? While these are white, would love stainless, or perhaps the chrome. Thanks!

Need to replace (3) of these Certainteed window parts (sorry don't know what they are called). Do you have those and what is the cost? Can they be put back in these windows? Not sure of that either. Thank you, Ray & Barbara G.
