Can you help me identify the parts needed? Swivel balance, etc.

I can find any #'s on the part. This is for the window at our driver check in area. The gap that it fits into is 5/16".

Could you please identify the enclosed pictures of slide bolts we're looking for.

Installed several dual glazed windows from Home Depot years back. They were all leaking so I replaced the glass but cannot find the glazing strips. The old strips fell apart. Looking for replacement glazing strips. If the pictures are not enough I can mail you a sample. Thank You ... (cont.)

Del Mar is stamped on the unit. Nothing at the local big box or hardware stores. House is 30 years old.

Hi there, Looking for help replacing my current Pella window cranks with ones that fold flat. I am unsure if I need to replace both the handle and the cover or if I can just replace the handle. Window locks are all intact and are in good working condition. Many thanks, Leslie

I am trying to locate this guide pin. They are original metal bifold closet doors were installed sometime in the 1970's. the two side grooves broke off the original. Please let me know if you have them and where I can get them. Thank you Debbie

Sorry for the poor pictures. Need to replace some vinyl glazing on Milgard Windows. The section I removed is so sun damaged and brittle it cracked repeatedly when I attempted to remove it. Here are pictures of an intact balance that I need to have translated into the correct replacement part number your company uses. The sash weighs 28 lbs. Channel measures 20" long and 9/16 wide There are no stamps in the metal only the ink stamp in the picture. I need four balances. (I've incl ... (cont.)

I think the metal part and two end plastic plugs are in fine condition but the spring and string inside got cut off. What should I buy? Do you guys sell complete assembly for this? Thank you.
