Does this handle have an internal spring? My inside handle had one, and it's broken...the outside handle doesn't have a spring.

Trying to replace channel balances in double hung windows. Existing spring balance is DSI 22C TO. The plastic piece that inserts into the base of the channel that holds the round metal piece (that secures the window brackets). Also the window brackets are spring loaded. The part is T-shaped with three (3) distinct components; the plastic T-shaped block shoe, the metal pivot and a plastic piece that appears to function as a brake for the pivot as it looks like it squeezes against the pivot when inserted into the window slide track.

We purchased 24 of your S390-28, option 2740 balances. They are much thinner than our original balances (see attached photos of our balances next to yours). Can you help us with these replacements?

I'm looking for this tilt latch that I've attached in the file below.
