The roller is locked. The whole roller unit is made of metal - gold colored. The roller itself is about 1 and 1/8" in diameter. The door has two rollers at the bottom. One on the left and one on the right. Each roller fits into a bottom track.

I need to replace 3 balancers for Viking windows series 80/85 DH R 15 MST 4066. On the side of the balancer it reads 26 9 40# LT KS Caldwell. We have several Andersen Windows in our house with broken sash cords and in one case just a broken cord plug. Otherwise most of the balances seem to be fine.

Part is 21 in. long and diameter is 5/8 in. It has a number 2 on the spiral and also word unique. We need 4 of these plus 4 brackets that attaches it.

looking for the sash (block and tackle) for 34 by 28 vertical window. sash is 24 in long (metal to metal) and is 5/8"deep also looking for a few take out clips.

This handle is from my parents' sliding glass door in their manufactured home. The only markings on it are Pat No 35896954 and Canadian Patent No. 919213.
