I have a 2 series 710 balances that are 17" in length, but are stamped with 1690 stamp option for weight and I do not see that option listed. What would you recommend?

I would like to replace my casement window crank operator. As you can see in the picture that it is rusted and does not operate very easily. I am having trouble determining which operator would be correct. It looks something like the 39-090 but I'm not sure. Thanks, Phil

Need balances for 2 different size windows. Markings on the 37 inch balance says 3640., 25 inch says 2430. I believe that your 350 series should work. Please confirm so I can order . Thanks.

This hardware is on a casement window purchased at Lowes 20 years ago. There are no markings on the hardware. Only marking on window between panes "INE 98"

Hello, I have identified part #38-005 which is the locking handle that I need for the windows that I have. I also need to identify the mating keeper for this handle. In other words,the part the handle hooks onto to keep the window closed. Thank you, Bill
